1. Data we process
When you interact with our site we collect only what is necessary to monitor reliability:
- Basic analytics events (page views, device type) through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Crash logs within the browser to improve performance.
- Optional contact information when you email support or join our community spaces.
Audio files that you load into the Nightcore maker are processed entirely on-device. No raw stems or rendered exports are uploaded to our servers.
2. Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to remember interface preferences (dark mode, language). Analytics scripts rely on first-party cookies. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track or blocking cookies in your browser; the app will continue to function.
3. Data retention
Contact emails are retained for support history, typically no longer than 18 months. Analytics data is aggregated and automatically deleted after 14 months. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
4. Third-party services
We rely on Cloudflare for CDN/security, Google Analytics for performance metrics, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session trends. Each provider processes data according to their respective policies.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of support emails, ask for a copy of the data we store about you, or opt out of analytics at any time. Email tangjei414@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
