Core features are free. If you purchase premium tools, fees are billed in advance and non-refundable for the current term unless local law provides otherwise. We may suspend access for non-payment.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. In no event will Nightcore Studio be liable for indirect damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using Nightcore Studio at any time.
